As Black Mental Wellness recognizes the invaluable benefits of mentoring the next generation of psychologists and mental health professionals of color, we are currently seeking mentees who have an interest in working with our team.
We are looking for applicants who meet one of the following criteria:
Undergraduate or graduate students who are currently enrolled in mental/behavioral health programs
Individuals who have graduated from an undergraduate or graduate program with a mental/behavioral health concentration within the past two years
Individuals who plan to enroll in an undergraduate or graduate program with a mental/behavioral health concentration
Selected mentees will receive:
A minimum of virtual bi-weekly communication with a Black Mental Wellness team member (mentees do not need to live in a specific city to apply)
Guidance and support regarding professional and personal development
Knowledge about organizational development
Opportunities to enhance their leadership skills
Opportunities to contribute to content produced by Black Mental Wellness
